WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If the item arrives damaged we will be happy to help you out in a return or refund transaction within 30 days of receiving. Take photos of the damage, a quick description and send it to contact@shopnecoarts.com, we strive to reply within 48 hours.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We strive for your order to be delivered into your hands within two weeks of ordering. However, the post office may cause delays.
Your order may arrive in different packages as they are not all shipped from a NecoArts location.
